Description

Turquoise and yellow flowers and vines combined with border prints make a uniquely exquisite wearable art Comfort Coat on the outside. The inside of the coat is red with white and green/red paisleys. Two coats in one. Made from up-cycled saris that were quilts made with 3 layers of cotton, quilted with white Kantha stitches. A warm, comforting jacket to wear out to dinner or to the market- dress it up or dress it down…it is a versatile coat for many occasions. Large pockets are ample for keys and cell phone.  The sari’s are repurposed so there is no shrinkage and no color bleed when washing or drying.

The coat design is roomy and this jacket is an XL (16-18). Wash and dry cool for wears of enjoyment.
